  • Absolutely no packages will be accepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS/FedEx/Amazon at their own discretion as PaseoHomesAZ will not intercept and is not responsible for packages. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages are the responsibility of the sender.

  • Permission is granted to the property manager to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.   • Travel insurance is strongly suggested as a strict cancellation policy is enforced. By booking, you accept these terms.

  • The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During all hours, noise and music must remain at a reasonable level. This is not a party house.
  • A decibel monitoring system is utilized in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do not record or video; they alert to decibel peaks over a set threshold.
  • Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of the home.
